Welcome to The Rose’s Slow Pedagogy Framework
The Rose’s Slow Pedagogy Framework brings passion, purpose and connection back to early childhood education. Grounded in more than 15 years of experience, it supports educators and leaders to slow down, reflect and create meaningful learning with children. Through mentoring, training, team development and service audits, I help services strengthen practice, improve workplace culture and reduce unnecessary pressure. The framework focuses on child-led learning, loose parts, nature-based exploration, meaningful documentation, educator wellbeing and strong professional relationships. This is not about adding more. It is about returning to what matters most: children, connection, curiosity and quality practice.
Empowering early childhood professionals
With over 15 years of experience, a bachelor's degree and a Diploma in the early childhood sector, The Rose’s Slow Pedagogy Framework offers transformative workshops. Whether you're an individual seeking personal professional development or a service ready for a fresh perspective, we can help you reduce staff turnover, gain respect from families, and build stronger community connections; we can even support you with social media!

About The Rose’s Slow Pedagogy Framework
Based in Brisbane, Australia, The Rose’s Slow Pedagogy Framework is dedicated to bringing passion, purpose and connection back into early childhood education.
The framework supports services to move from a busy, rushed approach towards slower, more meaningful practice. It encourages educators to pause, observe closely and respect each child’s individual learning journey.
A strong team culture is at the heart of the framework. Management and educators are encouraged to learn, reflect and grow together in a space where every voice is valued.
By reducing unnecessary hierarchy and strengthening trust, communication and shared responsibility, the framework helps services create healthier workplaces and more connected teams.
When educators feel supported, children receive more present, thoughtful and meaningful care. This helps services strengthen their practice, thrive within their communities and gain recognition for the quality work they provide.
